GEORGE D. O'NEILL
Mr. O'Neill is the founder of Meriwether and has been active in the firm since its inception in 1976. Prior to the formation of Meriwether, Mr. O'Neill held various positions with several financial institutions including Train, Cabot & Associates, Equity Corporation and Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. O'Neill has served as a director of many companies including Rockefeller Group, Inc., Bell Aircraft and Wheelabrator. He was formerly a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Mr. O'Neill is a graduate of Harvard University.
GROVER O'NEILL, JR.
Mr. O'Neill joined Meriwether in 1982. During the previous ten years, he had been president of two investment advisory organizations, Piedmont Advisory Corporation and Lexington Management Corporation. And before these, his positions included Managing Partner of Wood Walker & Company and General Partner in charge of the Advisory and Research department at Fahnestock & Company. He is a graduate of Harvard University.
ROBERT W. PETIT
Mr. Petit joined Meriwether in 1993. Prior to this he worked with The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation for five years including two years as the Director of Business Development of DKM's London office. He had been the president and CFO of Furigas International, a Dutch manufacturing company. Mr. Petit is a graduate of Boston College and has a Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
CLAUDE R. NASH
Mr. Nash, who joined Meriwether in 1992, had previously been the Senior Vice President of Rockefeller Group, Inc. with whom he was associated for sixteen years. At RGI, Mr. Nash's responsibilities included Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall and Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Additionally, he was responsible for the acquisition of companies in real estate, oil and gas and manufacturing. Mr. Nash is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Colorado.
KEVIN P. A. BRODERICK
Mr. Broderick joined Meriwether in 2001 after 18 years as a senior financial executive with DaimlerChrylser AG. Prior to that he was a senior banking officer with one of the largest banks in the Midwest. Mr. Broderick has served as a director of Rockefeller Financial Services and Rockefeller & Company and is also Chair of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. He graduated with an MBA from Michigan State University.
